2010 SET UP INFORMATION
CORALVILLE CONFERENCE CENTER
The Coralville Conference Center is located at 300 East 9th St in Coralville, IA. From I-80 take exit 242, Turn south onto 1st Avenue, Left onto East 9th Street. Phone: 319-688-4000 Website: www.coralvillemarriott.com.
REGISTER AT SHOW OFFICE
Please register at the show office to pick up your exhibitor passes. FOR EXPRESS CHECK-IN RETURN THE FORM BELOW BY JANUARY 22. Exhibitor passes are for sales staff working in your exhibit booth, not family members or friends attending show. You will receive a maximum of four exhibitor passes. If more than four people will be working your booth, please supply a list of names by January 22. We will check these individuals through the exhibitor entrance. ELECTRICITY
Electricity is booked directly with the Marriott Conference Center. An order form is below. Please return the form with payment directly to the Marriott by January 22 for the Advance Rate. Click Here for Marriott Electric Phone Order Form.pdf
SHOW DECORATOR
Spielman’s Event Services is the Official Show Decorator. It is show policy that all tables must be skirted. Place orders directly with Spielman’s Event Services. You can use your own table and chairs. Click Here for Spielman's Event Services Inc 2010.pdf
EXHIBITOR PARKING
Parking for exhibitors and the public is controlled by the city of Coralville. Cost is .75¢/hour or a maximum of $8.00/day. Hotel guests park in ramp with the same fees.
SUPER BOWL CHANGES
With the Super Bowl now falling on Sunday, February 7 we’ve made some proactive adjustments. There will be special pricing/discounts for Sunday attendance and the show will close at 3:30, giving you a half hour head start to move out.

The Official Show Hotel is the Coralville Marriott Hotel connected with the Conference Center.
$86.00 per room plus tax
Parking $8.00/day
Reservations call 866-204-0539 use the rate code ISPC. Reservations must be made prior to Jan. 13 to guarantee the discounted rate.

SALES TAX PERMIT
If you plan to sell any taxable items in your booth you must have an Iowa Sales Tax Permit. A temporary tax permit will be available at check-in for those exhibitors who do not have a sales tax number.

MOVE-OUT
All exhibits must be removed from the Conference Center by 8:00 PM on Sunday, February 7.
MUSIC
Exhibitors are not allowed to play music or videotapes with copyrighted music backgrounds in their booth due to Federal Copyright Liability laws. For more information contact our office.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
The Coralville Conference Center has an exclusive food and beverage policy. No food or beverages( including intoxicating beverages) may be brought on or into the premises without prior approval.
EXHIBITOR FREIGHT
The Coralville Conference Center does not receive shipped freight. Please inform your freight company to deliver on Thursday or Friday during set up. If you plan to ship exhibit materials after the show, please confirm with your freight company during the show.

The Marriott Conference Center is located on the south side of the Marriott Hotel. From I-80 take exit 242, go south on 1st Street and left on E 9th Street. A pressure washer will be available for cleaning. Complimentary fork lift service is also available. Dealers supply pontoon dollies, straps, and man power to maneuver units. Overnight trailer parking is available.
